Warning Message:At 456 PM EDT...trained weather spotters reported a funnel cloud. A 
tornado may develop at any time. This dangerous storm was located 
near Lynnhaven...or near Virginia Beach oceanfront...moving east at 
10 mph.
This dangerous storm will be near...
  Cape Henry around 510 PM EDT.
  Virginia Beach oceanfront around 515 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this dangerous storm include Oceana...
